This program is designed to break cycles of poverty by equipping individuals—especially youth and women—with practical skills and economic opportunities. It includes the establishment of vocational training centers where beneficiaries learn trades such as tailoring, hairdressing, soap-making, and food processing. The initiative also promotes youth empowerment through mentorship, leadership training, and innovation challenges. Through small-scale business grants and start-up support, beneficiaries are empowered to start microenterprises, helping them become self-reliant and financially stable.
